Terms of Use

Luceris is licensed to organizations under a written agreement between Luceris LLC and the customer organization. That agreement governs commercial terms, service commitments, warranties, liability, and data handling. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

If you are using Luceris as an employee or contractor of a customer organization, you are using it under your organization's agreement, and your organization administers your access.

Luceris requires an existing Luceris account. Access is provisioned by your organization, and there is no self-service signup. Before anyone in a Microsoft Entra tenant can use the Teams agent, a Luceris administrator must link that tenant to the organization and connect the organization's source system. Installing the Teams app alone does not grant access.

You agree not to:

• Access, or attempt to access, data belonging to another organization or to a workspace you have not been granted.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to circumvent the platform's authentication, authorization, or tenancy boundaries.
• Attempt to manipulate or override an agent's instructions, safety controls, or approval requirements.
• Upload content you do not have the right to provide, or use the platform to store data outside the scope of your organization's agreement.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the platform to a third party except as your agreement permits.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or availability for other customers.

Luceris uses generative AI to analyze your operational data and propose actions. Output can be incomplete or incorrect, and should be reviewed before you rely on it. Agents cannot write to your systems of record without explicit human approval, and you remain responsible for the decisions you approve.

If an agent produces content you consider inappropriate or harmful, report it using the feedback control on the response or by contacting us, and we will investigate.

Your organization's data remains your organization's. We process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and we do not use it to train or fine-tune AI models.

We improve the platform continuously, which means features may be added, changed, or removed. Service commitments, where they exist, are set in your organization's agreement. We will update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the date above when we do.
