How it works

From connected systems to approved action.

Four steps. The first is ours; the other three are yours, and none of them takes a quarter.

Scroll across the city to explore the scenarios.

  1. We connect your systems.

Our team builds and runs the integrations, from the CMMS and the ERP to lease administration, procurement, and transaction tools. Your IT team isn’t on the hook. Nothing is installed on your side, and nothing is replaced.

  2. You define Workspaces.

A region, a portfolio, a client account. Each one sets what agents and people can see, and who can approve. An agent in Midwest Regional cannot see the Northeast.

  3. You employ agents.

Pick the roles you need. Each one starts watching its domain on day one, remembers what it finds, and drafts the next action with its reasoning attached.

  4. You approve what they propose.

Every action arrives with its context and a preview of what changes. Approve it, and it writes back to the system of record with an audit trail. Reject it, and the agent learns the boundary.

See what your systems can’t.

Thirty minutes on your systems, not a slide deck. Or bring one portfolio, and we’ll put two agents to work on it and show you what they find within weeks.
